CUSTOM FITTINGS?

Our fitting service ensures that you will find the exact garment to flatter your figure. We stock a full size range of swimwear and bras. We take extreme pride in making sure your comfort is firstly and foremost importantly suited to your needs.

REFUND POLICY?

Due to the service that we provide, and the fact that many of our products are considered intimate, we are unable to return items lingerie/swimwear.

For all other items, the purchase is “brand new”, with tags, we will exchange or issue a credit note to be used in the boutique within a year’s time. Our policy is for items to be returned within 14 days. Management decision pending on return in “brand new condition”.

SHIPPING?

We ship via Canada Post with Tracking. Costs vary per size and weight of the package.

WARRANTY?

We take great pride in our selection of companies that we represent. With that being said, the warranties are subject to the Brand’s manufacturing warranty regulations and timeline.
